Mastek Intelligent Packing Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd
Packing machines are sophisticated devices designed to automate the packaging process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and product safety.
● Carton Erectors
● Carton Packers (Cartoners)
● Flow Wrappers
● Vacuum Packers
● Filling Machines
1. Carton Erectors:
Feeding: Flat-packed cartons are loaded into the machine's magazine.
Erecting: A suction system picks up a flat carton and transfers it to the erecting station.
Folding and Sealing: The machine folds the bottom flaps and seals them using tape or glue.
Output: The erected carton is discharged, and ready to be filled.
2. Carton Packers (Cartoners):
Feeding: Products are fed into the machine via a conveyor system.
Carton Formation: Flat carton blanks are picked up and erected.
Loading: Products are inserted into the erected cartons horizontally or vertically.
Folding and Sealing: The top flaps are folded and sealed.
Output: The filled and sealed carton is discharged onto a conveyor for further processing.
3. Flow Wrappers:
Feeding: Products are placed on an infeed conveyor.
Wrapping: The film is drawn from a roll and wrapped around the product.
Sealing and Cutting: The machine seals the film along the length and cuts it to separate each package.
Output: Individually wrapped products are discharged.
4. Vacuum Packers:
Loading: Products are placed in a vacuum bag or film.
Vacuuming: The machine removes air from the bag, creating a vacuum.
Sealing: The bag is heat-sealed to maintain the vacuum.
Output: Vacuum-packed products are discharged.
5. Filling Machines:
Product Feeding: Bulk products are fed into the machine hopper.
Measurement: The machine measures the product, ensuring accurate filling.
Dispensing: The measured product is dispensed into containers (bottles, cans, pouches).
Sealing: The containers are sealed, often with caps or heat-sealed films.
Output: Filled and sealed containers are discharged.
● Increased Efficiency: Automate repetitive tasks, significantly speeding up the packing process.
● Consistency: Ensure uniform packaging, reducing the risk of errors.
● Cost Savings: Reduce labor costs and material wastage.
● Enhanced Product Protection: Ensure products are securely packed, reducing damage during transit.
● Flexibility: Can be adjusted to handle different products and packaging materials.
